Whether you are a newbie in the world of PC gaming or you want to upgrade some of your accessories, here are the most essential PC accessories that every gamer must take for consideration:

Mechanical Keyboard

I highly recommend a mechanical keyboard.  The bounce in the keys feels good on the fingers, also the layout will help you keep your place while staring at the screen.

The Hyper X Elite

“The HyperX Alloy Elite Mechanical Gaming Keyboard is the perfect keyboard for the gamer who wants to equip their battlestation with a durable, full-featured keyboard that’s dripping with style. The Alloy Elite is lit both literally and figuratively thanks to its dynamic effects, dazzling HyperX red backlighting, and unique 18 LED light bar that delivers unmatched brilliance.”

Razer BlackWidow Chroma

“The Razer BlackWidow mechanical gaming keyboard was first launched in 2010 and quickly became the most popular and highest selling gaming keyboard worldwide, making its mark as the primary choice for esports athletes.”

Depending on the type of game you play, your mouse needs are going to be different.  For example:  in a first person shooter style game it is important to have a good DPI, while a MOBA style game, extra buttons to program abilities to them is highly beneficial.  I like at least 4 buttons, but 6  buttons tends to be better.

Razer DeathAdder Chroma

This is the most popular.  It operates well and will fit the needs of most, with 5 buttons which are programmable to your needs. If you know you do not need anything more this is the one for you.

“Favored by esports athletes the world over, the Razer DeathAdder has established itself globally as the best gaming mouse. Renowned for its ergonomic design, swift responsiveness, and rock-solid build quality, this beloved mouse embodies the absolute best elements a gamer needs to dominate in any game.”

Logitech G502

This is a 11-button mouse which are all programmable. This sort of mouse is not for everyone for sure, but for people who need the utility, this is the mouse for you.   It even comes with weights so you can add more to fit your style better.

“G502 features our most advanced optical sensor for maximum tracking accuracy. Customize RGB lighting or sync it with other Logitech G products, set up custom profiles for your games, adjust sensitivity from 200 up to 12,000 DPI* and position five 3.6 g weights for just the right balance and feel. No matter your gaming style, it’s easy to tweak Proteus Spectrum to match you.”

You can game without having a top quality monitor, but trust me, you will not fully enjoy it until you do.  A high refresh rate and resolution are things you are gonna look at when choosing a monitor.  In my current setup I use two monitors: my main gaming monitor has 4k resolution while my other monitor is only 1080p.  I personally would never go back to a non 4k gaming monitor but with 4k gaming and G-sync, you will need a Nvidia card for it.  There is also something called FreeSync which is the AMD equivalent.   A lot of things need to be considered when making a monitor choice but the biggest one is to choose the best option for your graphics card.

Best 4k monitor: This monitor requires an Nvidia graphics card to use G-Sync.

Acer XR382CQK

“Introducing the Acer XR382CQK display with a 37.5-inch curved IPS panel and 21:9 UltraWide QHD resolution making your games, work and movies look as epic as possible. Special features like 100% sRGB and DTS Sound give you the perfect picture and entertaining experience while Picture-in-picture and daisy chaining multiple monitors together take your productivity to a new level.”

Best 1080p monitor: This monitor runs great and will last for years.

ASUS VG248QE 24″

“Competitive console and PC gamers unite with the defacto tournament monitor of esports, the ASUS VG248QE, which features a 24″, Full HD, 144 Hz refresh rate and a 1 ms response time to minimize input lag. Dual built-in speakers and HDMI/DVI/VGA inputs provide flexibility, while the height/swivel/tilt stand ensures optimal viewing.”

They do not seem necessary until you have a good one. After that, you will wonder how you functioned without this. Remember that your gaming chair is just a matter of comfort, not flash.

Herman Miller Classic Aeron Task Chair

The Cadillac of office chairs is Herman Miller. It is purely designed for ergonomics. Sitting in this char is pure joy, but it comes at a cost.

” Instantly adaptable to all the motions you go through every day while seated, Classic Aeron provides healthy comfort and balanced body support. An icon of modern design, the Classic Aeron has earned a place in the permanent collection of the New York Museum of Modern Art.”

For those who want a gaming chair this is a great option.

AKRacing Arctica

“With its futuristic and minimal design, Arctica makes a unique and bold statement. The chair has a new and improved armrest combined with the same ergonomic layout that AKRacing is renowned for. AKRacing is widely recognized for their market leadership in chair design, and takes its product line further with this white chair that marks AKRacing’s style innovation, too.”

Audio-Technica ATH-ADG1X

The best sounding headphones on the list without a doubt, but the microphone seemed to be the only lacking aspect of this headset. This is a headset you use with a independent microphone for sure.
