I love bass and the man Stanley Clark is a true legend who should be studied and looked upon as a legend of bass playing he has brought so much great new sound and style to the way bass is played. This is just a video a had sent to me by a friend and liked quite a bit it is Junior Murvin Recording in Lee Perry’s in the 1970’s there is a weird voice over by some guy but all in all the video is cool, and the music is truly good.

Also I find that it is worth mentioning on Saturday I ran my first race it was a 5k which is 3.1miles it was the Anthem 5k Fitness Classic. I had a blast and ended the race at 32:33. The next race I am taking part in is a 10k on march 21. It is the Rodes City Run. That should be fun as well. Running is something new for me and I have to admit I have started to really enjoy it, it is a hard of a challenge to keep going as it physically. I hope to one day in the sort of shape to run a marathon, I am quite far away from that, but it will come with time and if I keep running who knows. As they say the first time takes the longest, each time after takes a moment.
